Eric got started in IT in 2007 at an apple retail store in Pasadena. He learned there how to be patient by working customer service but also how to work through issues while helping fix problems. After two years he joined up with the Marines and became an 0651 – Data Network Specialist where he was delegated tasks related to the installation, configuration, and management of data network or cyber systems. Cyber Network Operators work with both hardware and software to perform their job duties correctly which included building servers, setting up network infrastructure, and provisioning storage.

After getting out of the military while being stationed in San Diego he went on to have a few different jobs working within IT. Currently working at Fair Isaac Corporation where he runs the server and virtualization systems as a Converged Infrastructure Specialist. He’s excited to see what the future holds.
